Our Directors

Directors John Turner and Bill (Junior) Withers have always lived in Bath and have been best friends
since school. Both with a background in construction, they came together in February 2019 to set up
Bath Heritage Building and have gone on to build a successful firm with a team of 15 in-house
employees and a long list of satisfied customers.

The Process

1. Book

Call our office today and make an enquiry.

2. Meet

Along with our Quantity Surveyor, one of our two Directors will come and meet you, have a chat, and assess your needs considering any existing drawings or planning. If you have no drawings or planning permission, we and our in-house architect and engineer can take care of the whole process for you.

3. Quote

If you already have everything in hand we allow 2-3 weeks to finish our quote. If not architects drawings, structural calculations and planning permission can take between 6-8 weeks.

4. Build

Once you’re happy we’ll get started, ensuring there is always a Director or Foreman on-site at any given time with weekly site progress meetings to ensure there’s no surprises.

5. Done

Before any job’s signed off by building control, we’ll always check that you’re 100% happy with the work and the standard before we leave site. We also offer a full 10 years guarantee for maximum reassurance. In the unlikely event that anything goes wrong, we’ll be straight back out to sort it out.
